“Fred” is an 11 year old red roan grade Quarter Horse gelding standing 14.2 hands. Fred is a great all-around family horse. He is very willing on the trail! He crosses bridges, ditches, water, and opens gates. He’s been around cattle, worked the flag, drug ties, and will ground tie all day long. Fred carries a flag at the walk, trot, and lope, has been around gun fire, and is started on the barrel and pole patterns. This nice gelding does it all and can go in any direction you choose!

Fred rides alone or in a group and has very smooth walk, trot, and lope transitions. He is suitable for confident beginners and up. He loads like a dream, stands tied, and is easy to bathe and shoe. He is just right for the whole family! He rides to his rider – if you’re a beginner and not quite sure what you’re doing, Freddy will take care of you! If you’re an advanced rider looking to side pass, roll back, work cattle, open gates, run barrels, etc, Freddy is your guy! He has no buck, bolt, or spook.
